Erin Canada: Founder & NCPT

The passionate owner and lead instructor of Paradise Pilates. With abundant energy, motivation, positivity, and a genuine love for Pilates, Erin is committed to providing expert instruction, innovative and contemporary classes, and a welcoming environment where every client can thrive on their fitness journey, Erin ensures that there is Pilates for every BODY.

Alexandra: Instructor

Alexandra or Ally as most of her friends call her a native of Annapolis, Maryland was first introduced to the pilates practice in 2012 when she began using the method as a form of physical rehabilitation for dance injuries; it was then she found the passion for the practice and pursued it. In 2018 she completed the 500-hour Teacher Training on all apparatus and started her teaching career at 3 studios in the Baltimore, MD area. Ally looks forward to continuing her education and has completed certifications in TRX, Progressive Ballet Technique and Pilates Suspension Method.

In 2023 she became a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher and spends majority of her time now in Topsail Island with her 2 dogs.

Katie: Instructor

Katie is a Comprehensive Pilates instructor trained in all pilates apparatus, including reformer. She teaches a variety of clients, meeting them at their fitness level and helping them advance to their full potential.

Katie was first introduced to Pilates as a method of body modification, after experiencing dramatic weight loss. She found it helped immensely with toning, strengthening, and sculpting her muscles and overall body composition.

“ I teach and practice Pilates for reasons far beyond what initially brought me to the practice. Pilates has not only drastically improved my mobility, and overall strength, but the mental wellness and ability to counteract anxiety with basic Pilates principles is a priceless gift. I am thankful to be able to pass these tools to my clients, in hopes of improving their overall well being and quality of life!”
