Know Before You Go

Frequently Asked Questions at Paradise Pilates TI

Whether you're new to Pilates or just new to our studio, we’re here to help. Below are answers to some of the most common questions we get—so you can walk in feeling confident and ready to move.

  • We’re all about being present — in your body, in your breath, and in the moment. That’s why we kindly ask that phones stay tucked away during class. If you’ve got an emergency, feel free to step out. Otherwise, unplug and enjoy the time just for you.

  • As much as we love that you want to bring your friends, class packs and memberships are for your use only and aren’t transferable. But hey — invite your friend to book their own class! We’d love to meet them.

  • Your safety is our priority. If you’re working with an injury, recovering from something, or have any medical concerns, shoot us a message before booking. We’re happy to help you decide what’s best for your body.

  • Yes — with a little prep! First, make sure your doc gives you the green light. Then let your instructor know before class starts so we can offer modifications that support your changing body. We also highly recommend booking some private sessions for a more personalized experience. Pilates is amazing for pregnancy — we’re here to help you feel strong and supported every step of the way.

  • When a class is full, you can hop on the waitlist — and if someone cancels, you’ll automatically be added (as long as you’re next in line). You’ll get a notification, so make sure you’ve opted in for email or text updates through the Paradise Pilates TI app.

If your plans change, just be sure to remove yourself from the list — once you’re in, the standard 12-hour cancellation policy kicks in. The waitlist stops running 2 hours before class. Also, if you’re on more than one waitlist, don’t forget to remove yourself from others once you get into a class to avoid double-booking.

  • Please try to arrive a few minutes early to settle in. If you’re running behind, shoot us a text. We can’t allow entry more than 5 minutes past start time — not because we don’t love you, but because it's unsafe to skip the warm-up and is distracting to the group. Thanks for understanding!

  • Life happens — we get it. If you can’t make it, please cancel at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations will forfeit the class credit (or get a $15 fee if you’re on an unlimited plan). For privates, the same 12-hour policy applies, plus a $15 late cancel fee. No-shows are subject to a $25 fee.

  • Booking is easy! Just use the Paradise Pilates app or book from our website. You’ll need an active credit pack or membership to reserve your spot. We highly recommend booking in advance — class sizes are small (just 10 people!) and they fill fast. You can book up to 4 weeks ahead.

  • Whatever you feel good moving in! Most folks wear leggings, tanks, tees — think comfy activewear. We do require grip socks and a reformer towel for safety and cleanliness. Forgot yours? No worries — we’ve got them available for purchase or rent at the studio.
