Intro Class

New to Paradise Pilates? This Intro Class is your perfect first step. You’ll get familiar with the Reformer, meet our friendly instructors, and learn the key cues we use in every class—so you’ll feel comfortable and confident from day one. Already a client? Foundations
The shake starts here.
After you’ve taken our Intro Class, this is where you’ll build your Pilates foundation. Foundations moves at a slower pace but don’t be fooled—you’ll still feel that signature shake and burn. It’s the best of both worlds: gentle enough to learn, strong enough to challenge. All levels welcome!

Stretch and Refresh
Your reset button.
Take a breath and give your body the love it deserves. Stretch & Refresh is all about slow, feel-good movement that helps you unwind, release tension, and improve flexibility. We’ll use props and the Reformer to stretch it all out. Total bliss, zero pressure.

Empower
Feel the fire.
Empower is our signature class and a total powerhouse. Using the Reformer, EXO Chair, and props, you’ll strengthen, lengthen, and tone from head to toe. Expect the perfect mix of flow, challenge, and serious core work—plus, that addictive Pilates burn you’ll keep coming back for.

Cardio
Jump in, light it up.
This one’s a burner! Our Cardio Jump class gets your heart pumping and muscles firing with the Reformer jumpboard. It’s low-impact but high-energy, giving you that sweaty, sculpted, all-over workout vibe. Get ready to move, jump, and leave feeling totally energized.

Arms Abs and Glutes
Targeted. Toned. Totally worth it.
This class is all about the details—hello, sculpted arms, solid core, and lifted glutes! We’ll use the Reformer, weights, and other tools to zone in on those key areas. It’s focused, effective, and super satisfying.

Chair and Reformer
Two machines, endless challenge.
This class combines the Reformer and EXO Chair for a workout that keeps your brain and body guessing—in a good way. You’ll switch it up, stay engaged, and challenge your strength, balance, and control from every angle. It’s flowy, fun, and never boring. -
Barre and Reformer
Where grace meets grit.
This high-energy mashup of Barre and Reformer is the best of both worlds. Sculpt your arms, legs, and glutes with small but mighty movements that build strength, endurance, and amazing posture. You’ll feel graceful, powerful, and totally worked (in the best way). -
Tower
Slow moves, big impact.
This specialty class combines classical mat Pilates with the added resistance of the Tower—springs, bars, and loops that take your workout deeper. You’ll move with control, build serious core strength, and stretch it all out in the best way. Slow, focused, and totally full-body. Modifications are always offered, so every level is welcome.
